Video Recording Studio Demo

May 13, 2:30pm, Ballrooms A/B or via Zoom

The space for our new studio won't be ready until August, so we invited Revolution Lightboards to demo the system they are building for us. Come and get a sneak peak!

This fall the Library will be home to a great new product – an easy-to-use video recording studio! This studio will allow students, faculty, and staff to create professional looking videos using a variety of backgrounds with your presentation or screen share embedded in the recording. It’s designed to be as easy to use – just open your presentation on the computer, push a button to select your background, and start talking. When you’re done press a button and save the file to the cloud or thumb drive of your choice!

Its future home will be by the Lynch Center on the 1st floor of the Library, but the room needs a little TLC before its opening in August. We don’t want to wait that long to show off its functionality, so we’ve invited Revolution Lightboards to set up a demo version of the room and talk us all through it’s amazing features. Join us in person to see it on May 13th at 2:30 in Ballrooms A&B to see it as a presenter or by Zoom to see what the finished product will look like.

Please RSVP by responding to this email if you’ll be attending in person so I can make sure we won’t go over capacity. To join the Zoom presentation:
