Faculty Services

A guide to the services available for faculty at Loras College. Find out who your librarians are, and how to schedule a library instruction session, get research assistance, and put a book on reserve.

MARC Faculty Studies

The Miller Academic Resource Center has three secure office spaces that are considered Faculty Studies, and are made available to faculty on a semester or longer basis by application. The rooms are MARC 324, 325, and 326. Priority in granting the faculty studies is given to:

  • Holders of the Chair for Catholic Thought, who are conducting Library-based research;
  • Faculty who are on sabbatical and are conducting Library-based research;
  • Faculty who are using the Library to conduct research needed for a publication.

More information is available on the application below.
