The library building contains two classrooms for faculty use and one classroom dedicated to library instruction. When not in use, students are encouraged to use the classrooms to practice presentations and to work on group projects. Some spaces may have restricted access when classes are in session. Requests for use must go through the Campus request system.

The Fourth Floor Balcony seats up to 50 but is also frequently used for meals and receptions associated with events held in the Third Floor Commons.
